Pricing

All prices are to be understood as including legal value-added tax and subject to shipping costs. The prices are always subject to change. The prices valid on the day of delivery apply.

Shipping costs

The following lump-sums apply for packaging and shipping:

Germany and EU      orders up to 100 EUR             =  per package EUR 5.10

Germany and EU      orders of 100 EUR and above  =  FREE SHIPPING

Switzerland / Luxembourg and Worldwide = minimum EUR 20.00 per package or depending on actual postal charges.

The deliveries are made by DPD parcel service within the EU and by DHL postal parcel for shipments worldwide. For cash on delivery deliveries, additional costs are incurred. If all articles are not able to be delivered and if the customer requests a partial delivery, the shipment costs are incurred by the customer once.

Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are only performed upon the written request of the customer.

The return of goods can only be accepted upon previous agreement. To guarantee the deadline of 14 days, just contact us in time. After having performed the complaint, you are obliged to return the goods within 7 days. A credit in the full amount of the value of the goods is issued only if the goods are sent in their original packaging. In other cases, we reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer is entitled to right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal begins at the time at which the customer is provided with clear notification of his right to withdrawal on a permanent data medium. This notification shall inform the customer of his right in accordance with the requirements for the means of communication used. The period within which the withdrawal can be made is two weeks. The withdrawal does not require any justification. Sending the notification of withdrawal on time to Gutsmiedl Naturprodukte at the address given above suffices for complying with the return period. The goods must be returned to this address. A right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts entailing the delivery of goods that are prepared according to the customer’s specification.

Conditions of Payment

The invoice becomes due for payment 1 week after the invoice date at the net amount without deductions. The goods remain the property of the deliverer until complete payment is made.

Security

Personal data of importance for us are saved as long as this is permissible under the German Data Protection Act. All specifications made by the customer are only used for internal purposes and are not passed on to third parties. The e-mail addresses nor other personal data are neither passed on nor are they used for promotional purposes.

Delivery Period

Delivery is performed within three to six working days, unless special arrangements have been made.

Orders from outside Germany

If you are outside German you are responsible for import duties, custom clearance charges and other taxes which may apply once the package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Sales through this website are made on the strict understanding that such sale or use of goods is lawful in your country and does not breach contracts which restrict distribution in your country (and you must take reasonable steps to check). If such sale or use is unlawful or impermissible, any contract of sale will be void from the start. If you become aware of this, please notify us immediately and return the goods to us.

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right within 7 working days of delivery of goods to cancel the contract by letter (by hand or post), fax or by email info@bitterkaft.de. If you cancel, you must return the goods together with the invoice to the above address at your expense. We will deduct the direct costs of recovery if you do not comply or if you return them at our expense. However, we will pay the cost of returning any substitute goods.
